Order process
1. filling the shopping cart - products and coupon codes
With the button "Add to cart" you select the products you want to order. You have the possibility to update your selection in the "Shopping Cart" at any time by changing the quantity, adding or reducing products. Don't forget to update your shopping cart before continuing your order process.
2. checkout - address and payment process
Clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button will take you to the checkout page where you can place your binding order. We do not share your information with third parties outside of our company, unless it is necessary to process your order, e.g. to ship your order. Your billing details are also used as shipping details by default. Then select your preferred payment method. 3.
3. confirm your order
If all your entries are correct and you have read and accepted the cancellation policy and terms and conditions, you can complete your order process. Then click on the button "Complete Order" to send your binding order. Thank you for your order!
HOW CAN I REDEEM A DISCOUNT CODE?
You can redeem the discount code by clicking on "Shopping Cart". This will show the products you wish to purchase. At the bottom of the page there is a "Discount Code" field where you can enter your coupon code. Then click on "Redeem" and the total of your shopping cart will update automatically. It is not possible to combine multiple coupon codes. After clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the checkout page, a discount code cannot be changed, updated or added.
